Sharbati atta refers to a premium variety of whole wheat flour that is known for its soft texture, rich aroma, and high gluten content. Sharbati wheat is mainly grown in the Sehore and Vidisha districts of Madhya Pradesh, India. Sharbati wheat grains are larger in size, have a golden color and sheen, and a slightly sweet taste, giving it the name Sharbati.
