Q.How do I check the status of my order?
Ans: You can monitor the status of your orders and access relevant tracking details by navigating to the "My Orders" section. This section allows you to instantly check the status of any specific order. After you place an order, you will find a "Track Order" button that provides more comprehensive information about the status of your order. If your order has been placed, and you are still unable to access order status information through the tracking link, please wait for 12 hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 12 hours for the courier partners to activate the tracking link. We kindly ask that you check after the specified time frame.
Q.Can I change my address or phone number in an order that I have already placed?
Ans: Sorry. Unfortunately, once the order is placed, you cannot change this detail. Please email us at [email protected] with any such requests, and we shall inform the delivery folks about the same.
Q.The Order status says Delivered, but I have not received any package. What do I do?
Ans: Please go to the My Orders screen, and select the order that you are referring to. You will find a “Raise Ticket” button that can help you to inform us of this issue.

Ans: You can cancel an order before the order is shipped. Please go to the My Orders Page, and cancel the order. We currently do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.

Q.How will I get refunded if there is an order cancellation or return?
Ans: In cases of order cancellation, the refund will be deposited to the same account that you used while placing the order. You can see the refund in 5-7 business days.
